Kade Lanier, 18, of Havre was arrested on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs after officers responded to a 7:29 p.m. Friday call from 7th Street about someone wanting to speak to an officer about her son having drugs.

Tyler Jerrett Hedalen, 27, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 7:42 p.m. Friday call from Washington Avenue about the calling party’s boyfriend being aggressive.

Robert Manuel Arellano, 32, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after officers responded to a 7:49 p.m. Friday call from a 2nd Street business about a man causing a disturbance by yelling and harassing the cleaning staff.

Curtis Pete Onco III, 41, of Havre was arrested on charges of aggravated burglary, violation of conditions of release, resisting arrest and criminal contempt after officers responded to a 12:43 a.m. Saturday call from 19th Avenue Northeast about a man busting down the door.

Mary Ruth Demontiney, 53, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after officers investigated an 11:11 p.m. Saturday call from 2nd Street about the calling party’s neighbors yelling and screaming.

Elijah Blu Eagleman, 26, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after officers responded to a 1:28 a.m.Sunday call from a 1st Street West business about a man who would not leave.

Jeremy Luke Means, 27, of Fort Belknap was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after an officer initiated an investigation at 2:02 a.m. Sunday into a man who was screaming.

Officers investigated a 1:45 p.m. Sunday call from 5th Street about neighborhood kids throwing eggs and vegetable at a house and vehicles and writing in the mud on the vehicles and scratching the paint.

Officers investigated a 10:34 p.m. Sunday call from Montana State University-Northern about an extinguished fire extinguisher and an open door that the reporting party had left shut.

Joseph Hershiel Latray, 28, of Harlem was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 1:51 a.m. call this morning from 2nd Street about a drunk man banging on a door and yelling for an hour.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Mandy Lee Albert, 37, of Hays was served a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant at 9:04 a.m. Friday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a 2:49 p.m. Saturday call from Roller Coaster Hill off Clear Creek Road about the calling party stating that someone took his fence.

Shawn Edward Adamson, 26, of Havre was arrested on charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after a deputy made a motor vehicle stop at 9:26 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Highway 2.

Kylee Trayton Fiddler, 19, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a deputy made a motor vehicle stop at 12:03 a.m. Sunday on Main Street in Box Elder.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Saturday and three calls Sunday.
