Jennifer Jean Longknife, 23, of Harlem was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Lakota Jae Oats, 26, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after officer investigated a 1:17 p.m. Wednesday call from a 9th Avenue business about a man that was "smacking around his lady" at the inn.

Michael Steven Cole, 36, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and no insurance after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 3:44 p.m. Wednesday on 13th Street West.

Officers investigated a hit and run by a black Toyota Prius after receiving a 6:13 p.m. Wednesday call from Northern Montana Hospital.

Officers investigated a 7:07 p.m. Wednesday call from 1st Avenue about the calling party’s dog being attacked by a black pit bull.

Officers investigated a 7:54 p.m. Wednesday call from 1st Avenue about money and a coat stolen from a house.

Officers investigated a 10:35 p.m. Wednesday call from 1st Street Northeast about the calling party being assaulted by a man.

Tina Marie McCulloch, 44, of Havre was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 1:53 a.m. this morning on 1st Street.

Officers investigated a 3:01 a.m. call this morning from 14th Avenue about a house guest that broke the calling party’s front door.

William Barney Lavenger Jr., 37, of Havre was arrested on a charge of probation violation after officers investigated a 4:24 a.m. incident this morning about a man on probation at the police station turning himself in because he had been drinking.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Joseph Edward Damson, 66, of Havre was served a state District Court warrant at 12:11 p.m. Wednesday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a 3:11 p.m. Wednesday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business about the calling party’s purse being stolen out of her car

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday.

Animal Shelter

A female black Labrador puppy was placed in the shelter Sept. 4.
