Reggie Bernard, HHS Volleyball

It was another weekend of improvement for the Havre High volleyball team, and junior Reggie Bernard certainly stepped up. In Havre's win over Browning Friday night, Bernard tallied six kills, three aces and four digs, but she really came on strong over the weekend. In Lewistown Saturday, Bernard totaled 10 kills in a loss to Hardin, then came back and recorded 15 kills and five service aces in a tough, five-set loss to Laurel, another Eastern A powerhouse. This season is Bernard's second as a varsity starter for the Pony volleyball team.

Parker Filius, HHS Football

The Havre Blue Ponies were in need of a win when they traveled to Glendive Friday night. And thanks to a huge performance by sophomore tailback Parker Filius, and overall great team effort, HHS got what it was looking for. In the Ponies' 40-12 win, Filius caught three touchdown passes from Dane Warp and scored on a short rushing TD as well. He finished the game with 12 catches for 196 yards and 17 yards on the ground. He also had five tackles and a fumble recovery. Filius is an All-Conference standout from last season and a state champion wrestler for HHS.
