Obituary - Charles G. Barrows

Charles G. Barrows of Hays, a retired truck driver died at his home of natural causes on Sept. 24, 2014.

A gathering of friends will be 7 p.m., Friday, Sept. 26, 2014, at St. Paul’s Mission Recreation Center in Hays.
