Obituary - Francis Louis "Frank" Richter

Francis Louis "Frank" Richter, age 84, well-known Joplin farmer, died Sunday, Sept. 21, at Liberty Medical Center in Chester.

His funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, at Bethel Lutheran Church in Joplin. Following burial at the Joplin Cemetery, a reception will be held at Kjos Hall.  Arrangements are by Rockman Funeral Chapel in Chester. Memorials may be given to the Joplin Community Hall, the Joplin Community Park, any Parkinson's research center or donor's choice.

     Frank is survived by his wife of 64 years, Grace (Miles) Richter of Joplin; three sons, Del (Dena) of Bozeman, Rick of Joplin and Bruce (Heidi) of Joplin; one daughter, Delia (Kip) Lybeck of Joplin; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one brother, Chris of Havre.
