Havre Police Department

A two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle accident between a car and Suburban was investigated after officers responded to a 7:29 a.m. Friday call from 2nd Street and 23rd Avenue.

Justine Philomene Bauer, 23, of Havre was served a Justice or City court warrant at 2:33 p.m. Friday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Two people were arrested after officers responded to a 2:39 p.m. Friday call from 18th Street West to assist another agency. No other information was given.

Ole John Faldalen, 33, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of a traffic crime after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 5:14 p.m. Friday on 6th Avenue.

A 17-year-old Havre boy was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer, disorderly conduct, probation violation, criminal contempt and purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor after officers responded to a 3:27 a.m. Saturday call from 17th Street West about a juvenile boy freaking out.

Krystal Ann Oaks, 31, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after an officer initiated an investigation at 1:52 a.m. Sunday at a 1st Street establishment.

Kenneth Earl Kampf, 73, of Havre was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 7:39 a.m. Sunday on 7th Avenue.

Gerald James Lightfoot, 47, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after an officer served a warrant at 8:47 a.m. Sunday at a 1st Street west business.

Matthew Mark Laforge, 39, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace office and trespassing and Lisa Dawn Hawley, 26, of Box Elder was issued a summons on a charge of expired registration after officers made a motor vehicle stop at 11:27 a.m. Sunday on 1st Street Northeast.

Matthew Mark Laforge, 39, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer at 2:10 p.m. Sunday at a 1st Street West business.

Marcus Hoffman, 21, of Havre was arrested on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct after officers investigated an 8:04 p.m. Sunday call from 11th Street West about people fighting.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Donna Merle Rainingbird, 55, of Havre was arrested on a charge of shoplifting and on a Justice Court warrant after deputies responded to an 8:02 p.m. Saturday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business.

Landin Gwynn, 31, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal mischief at 10:54 p.m. Saturday at the HCDC.

Tyler Reinmuth, 20, of Havre was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release after deputies made a motor vehicle stop at 12:26 this morning on U.S. Highway 2.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Saturday.

Firefighters were called to the 20 Block of 3rd Street West at 1:14 p.m. Sunday to address a dishwasher that smoked up and set off an alarm.

Firefighters were called to the 500 Block of 17th Street at 10:39 p.m. Sunday for a carbon monoxide tester that was going off.
