Havre Police Department

A 13-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on charges of probation violation and disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 9:03 a.m. Thursday call from Havre Middle School.

Officers investigated a 9:23 a.m. Thursday call from 6th Street about a vehicle that was broken into the night prior and items stolen.

Officers investigated a 5:41 p.m. Thursday call from 7th Avenue about two women threatening to beat up the calling party.

Officers investigated a 7:10 p.m. Thursday call from Havre Middle School about someone being approached in a bathroom to buy drugs.

Officers investigated a 7:18 p.m. Thursday call from 6th Avenue about the calling party’s landlord wanting to file a report of her door being broken by her ex-boyfriend.

Joseph Hershiel LaTray, 28, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt and on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 7:57 p.m. Thursday call from 3rd Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 1:48 p.m. Thursday call from County Road 440 East about a stolen rifle.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Thursday.

A boy was born to Deidra and Austin Cochran Sr. of Harlem Sept. 30, 2014.
