Havre Police Department

Gregory Lee Bray, 57, of Box Elder was arrested on a state District Court warrant after turning himself in to the police station 9:52 a.m. Thursday.

Officers investigated a report made Thursday at 12:20p.m. of a broken window at a U.S. Highway 2 East business.

Thursday at 1 p.m. officers assisted the Tri-Agency Safe Trails Drug Task Force at a 1st Street West business.

Officers investigated a report made Thursday at 2:21 p.m. of a theft from a 3rd Ave. business.

Jordan Miles Hobson, 22, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant at a 3rd Avenue business Thursday at 4:09 p.m.

Thursday at 5:01 p.m. an 11th Street caller reported a wallet taken from an unlocked vehicle in the alley. Officer investigated the incident.

After a 3rd Street caller reported Thursday at 8:11 p.m. her 7 year old son had not returned home from school, officers investigated the report.

A caller reported Thursday at 10:14 p.m. a rollover on U.S. Highway 87 in Box Elder, and the call was referred to another agency.

Officers issued a summons for assault to an 11 year old after a caller reported Thursday at 10:32 p.m. her 12-year-old was “jumped” in Carpenter Park.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated Thursday at 11:07 a.m. a report from 5th Street North of fraudulent charges on a debit card.

A detention facility deputy made an arrest at Hill County Drug Court Thursday at 3:47 p.m. No further details were provided.

A deputy arrested Jason Daniel Taylor, 26, of Freemont, California, for criminal trespass to property after BNSF Railway security kicked him off a train.

A deputy made an arrest on U.S. Highway 87 at mile marker 106 after receiving a call from Rocky Boy Police. No further details were provided.

After receiving a report of a rollover with no victims at the scene on Clear Creek Road at 3:24 this morning, the call was referred to another agency.

Montana Highway Patrol

After failing to negotiate a turn and rolling his pickup at a curve in the road while driving northbound on Clear Creek Road and fleeing the scene of the crash early this morning, Tyson Phifer, 26, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, second offense, careless driving, failing to report a crash by quickest means and seat belt violation.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency services personnel responded to two calls yesterday and one early this morning.
