Officers investigated a two-vehicle, non-injury crash reported Friday at 10:29 a.m. from 3rd Avenue.

Friday at 10:44 a.m. a caller from a 1st Street business reported receiving two bad checks and expecting two more. Officers are investigating the incident.

Officers investigated a report made Friday at 1:08 p.m. of mail stolen on Lincoln Avenue.

During a motor vehicle stop on 13th Street Friday at 6:36 p.m. an officer issued a summons to a 15-year-old girl on a charge of driving without a driver’s license and a summons to Audrey Rose Flansburg, 34, on a charge of permitting an unauthorized minor to drive.

After a caller reported her vehicle missing from a 1st Street establishment Friday at 11:45 p.m., officers arrested Leona Fae Wright, 28, of Havre on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance report requesting a man be removed from a 2nd Street West residence Friday at 11:59 p.m.

Saturday at 12:42 a.m. a caller reported a vehicle had run into hers and she had followed the driver to a 1st Street business. Officers investigated the incident.

Eddy Collins, 58, of Havre was arrested on a charge of DUI, refused to test, after a caller at a 1st Street West business reported a possible drunken driver Saturday at 6:06 p.m.

Officers investigated a complaint made from two callers at 5th Street residences at 6:42 p.m. Saturday.

After a report of a neighbor stalking the complainant was made at the police station at 8:10 p.m. Saturday, officers made an arrest, but no further details were provided.

Emergency medical services responded to seven calls over the weekend, two Friday, four Saturday and one Sunday.

This morning the shelter held a male black and tan mix-breed dog and two male black kittens.
