Havre Fire Department

Chantel Loehner, 34, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday on 2nd Street West at 1:47 p.m.

Officers responded to a report Monday at 6:24 p.m. of a man shoplifting at a 1st Street business and made an arrest, but no further details were provided.

Ace Dean Bigknife, 36, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of parole violation and failure to register as a sexual or violent offender, after officers were called to assist another agency at a 2nd Street business Monday at 7:01 p.m.

Officers investigated a report Monday at 9:04 p.m. of a 1st Street Northeast apartment window getting broken out by a man who fled the scene.

Everson Mosquito, 20, of Havre was arrested on charges of violation of no contact order and criminal contempt, after officers were called to a 2nd Street Northeast residence at 9:30 p.m. Monday.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a report made Friday at 6:59 p.m. on U.S. Highway 87 in Box Elder of people in a pickup truck throwing a rock through the calling party’s vehicle window.

Tyres Ray Rodarte, 18, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, after deputies initiated investigation of suspicious activity south of Havre Friday at 11:12 p.m.

After receiving a complaint from 5th Street North Saturday at 12:38 a.m. of a loud party, deputies arrested Matthew Dean Weaving, 22, of Box Elder on a Justice Court warrant.

Deputies serving a warrant Saturday at 8:45 a.m. arrested Joanie Ann Bullinsight, 32, of Havre on a Justice or City court warrant.

Deputies investigated a report of theft Saturday at 5:18 p.m. on 1st Avenue West in Kremlin.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to two calls Monday. Fire personnel were called to a report of smoke on the 200 Block of 1st Street. A piece of paper had been thrown into a bucket used as an outdoor ashtray, and the small fire was put out before any damage occurred.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held a male black and tan mix-breed dog and two male black kittens.

Births

A girl was born Oct. 11, 2014, to Kayceen Jade Pursley and Taylor Alan Collins of Chinook.
