Havre Police Department

An officer assisting another agency at the Amtrak station arrested Titus Jacob Marty, 30, of Madison, Wisconsin, on a state District Court warrant Tuesday at 11:15 a.m.

Officers investigated a report made at the police station Tuesday at 3:18 p.m. of forgery.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of driving without a driver’s license and Richard Shane Carlson, 46, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of permiting an unauthoized minor to drive, after an officer initiated a motor vehicle stop on 20th Street Tuesday at 5:25 p.m.

Melynda Dionne Werk, 35, of Havre was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, theft by shoplifting and probation violation after a caller at a 1st Street business reported a shoplifter Tuesday at 3:46 p.m.

Tuesday at 5:16 p.m. officers investigated a report of a jogging stroller found on 5th Street.

Tanner Joseph Walker, 34, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property, disorderly conduct and assault after a 3rd Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 6:24 p.m. an unknown man had walked into his house.

Officers investigated a report from 2nd Street Tuesday at 6:27 p.m. of two women fighting and made an arrest, but no further information was provided.

——

Officers were called to assist a citizen at a 1st Street West business Tuesday at 9:41 p.m. The caller asked for further assistance at 11:13 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 8:15 p.m. served a state District Court warrant to Adam Cole Bigby, 31, of Harlem.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to one call Tuesday, and fire personnel investigated a possible fire.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held a male black and tan mix-breed dog and two male black kittens.

Births

A girl was born Oct. 9, 2014, to Nichole and Brandon Streibeck of Havre.
