Quick Pic: Local children bring the colors of Halloween

Submissions to the Havre Daily News Coloring Contest cover a wall in the newspaper's office. Winners will be randomly selected by the newspaper staff in each age category 2-4, 5-7 and 8-10. The names of the winners will be announced Wednesday in the newspaper.
