Lloyd Haymaker passed away Sept. 19, 2014, in Kalispell, Montana. He was born May 12, 1930, in Rudyard, Montana, to Emery and Edna Haymaker.

Lloyd grew u on a farm north of Rudyard. Later on, he worked on farms in the area and drove truck for different firms.

He was an honored veteran in the Korean Conflict and was deployed on an Army ship. It was an honor for him to serve his country.

He was a loving brother and always enjoyed visits with his siblings, nieces and nephews. He was a true friend to many people. Lloyd never married but has a long-time companion, Darlene Church. He always took good care of himself‚ and never smoked, drank or took drugs. For his age, he looked and felt much younger, so his death was a complete shock to all of us.

What he enjoyed the most was getting into his car and driving around visiting places and people.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his sisters, Marion Behunin, Harriet Moore, Lorraine Laursen, Darlene Meyers. Virginia Wilmes; and brother, Clinton Haymaker. Surviving sisters are Betty Layton of Kalispell and Edna Jones of Covington, Washington; two half-sisters, Beryl Thomasson of Boonville, California, and Coral (Penny) Taylor of Corbin, Kentucky.
