Christina Mary Converse, 36, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting on Monday at 9:24 a.m.

Officers investigated a report from 11th Street West on Monday at 10:24 a.m. concerning trespassing.

Officers investigated a report from 9th Avenue on Monday at 10:43 a.m. concerning a car seat and booster seat that were stolen from an automobile.

Officers investigated a report from Lincoln Avenue on Monday at 11:29 a.m. concerning vandalism. A window was broken on a bus.

Officers investigated a report from 2nd Street on Monday at 11:49 a.m. concerning a stolen bike.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident on Monday at 3:56 p.m on 2nd Street and 4th Avenue.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle non-injury accident on Monday at 6:30 p.m. at Pine Drive.

John Edward Derry III, 35, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a call from a 1st Street West business today at 1:18 a.m.

———

Officers investigating a hit-and-run crash at by a black :53 a.m. today near a 1st Street establishment arrested Matthew Haigler, 21, of Havre on charges of failureto stop or remain at the scene of an accident, failure to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle and failure to give notice of an accident.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies at the Hill County Detention Center served three Justice or City court warrants on Monday at 4:23 p.m. to Ronald Brian Folk II, 18, of Havre.
