Officers investigated a report from a College Road facility Tuesday at 6:55 a.m. concerning vandalism. Windows were shot out.

Officers were called to assist a citizen at a 1st Street business Tuesday at 12:01 p.m. The caller reported that someone borrowed her bike but did not return it. She did not want to pursue charges.

Officers served a search warrant at a 2nd Street residence Tuesday at 1:29 p.m. An arrest was made. No further information was provided.

Tammie Christyne Herrera, 52 of Havre, was arrested on a felony Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.

Officers investigated a report from 5th Street on Tuesday at 8:13 p.m. The caller reported a male was peering over a fence.

Officers assisted another agency at the Amtrak station on Tuesday at 9:21 p.m. concerning an intoxicated female trying to cause fights on a train.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 12:11 p.m. served a search warrant to Kyle Andrew Surber, 25, of Havre on a charge of a Justice or City court warrant violation.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to two calls on Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held a male black and tan mix-breed dog and a male black and tan heeler.
