Officers investigated a report made from 3rd Street at 11:03 a.m. Monday of a theft of services.

Officers investigated a report made at the police department at 4:11 p.m. Monday that a yellow bike with pegs on the front and back and a license plate reading “Ashley” had been stolen.

Officers investigated a report made from Cleveland Avenue at 4:15 p.m. Monday that a vehicle had hit another vehicle after backing out of a driveway and then drove away.

At 7:14 p.m. at the Havre Police Department, Adrian Louis Corcoran turned himself in for 24/7 violations and officers issued him a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and criminal contempt.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A deputy responding to a 10:54 a.m. call Monday from a U.S. Highway 2 West business arrested Shelley Lynn Marchand, 40, of Box Elder and Cori Lea Denny, 36, of Box Elder, each on a charge of theft by shoplifting and on a Justice City court warrant.

A call from Shepherd Road at 4:34 p.m. Monday reporting someone hunting where they were not supposed to be was referred to another agency.

A deputy investigated a report from the Hill County jail made at 4:25 p.m. Monday that an inmate had been assaulted.

A deputy investigated a report of a shoplifter made from a U.S. Highway 2 West business at 5:03 p.m. Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Havre Fire Department emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Monday and one this morning.

Havre firefighters investigated one report of a fire this morning.
