Officers investigated a report from Lincoln Avenue Friday at 9:34 a.m concerning landlord-tenant issues.

A 16-year-old girl was issued a summons Friday at 1:00 p.m. on charges of underage tobacco consumption or possession.

Paul Robert Barrows, 48, of Havre was arrested Friday at 1:01 p.m. on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers investigated a report made at the police station Friday at 1:51 p.m. concerning theft, forgery and fraud. The caller reported that someone had been making purchases on her ATM card.

Officers investigated a report from 6th Avenue Friday at 4:03 p.m. concerning found property. The caller reported they found an insulin tester in the middle of the street.

Louise May Briere, 24, of Havre was arrested Friday at 5:40 p.m. on a Justice or City court warrant.

Joan Lynn Binder, 60, of Havre and Jill Lorraine Iverson, 56, of Havre each were issued a summons Friday at 6:15 p.m. on a charge of selling or providing alcohol to a person under the age of 21.

Senica Rose Daychild, 32, of Box Elder was arrested Friday at 7:30 p.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Officers investigated a report from 7th Avenue and 1st Street concerning found property Friday at 10:32 p.m. The caller reporter a propane tank had rolled out of the back of a white Chevrolet truck, and that the tank was sitting in the middle of the street.

Lakoa Cree Shields, 18, of Havre was arrested Saturday at 2:43 a.m. on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, theft of belongings from motor vehicles and criminal trespassing to vehicles.

David Taylor Eagleman, 54, of Havre was arrested Saturday at 3:43 a.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct. Eagleman was reportedly looking into vehicles and acting strange.

A 10-year-old boy was issued a summons Saturday at 1:03 p.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct. The caller reported his son was jumped by five other kids at the skate park.

Officers investigated a report from 5th Street Saturday at 1:11 p.m. concerning a complaint. The caller reported someone was looking into his yard.

Joseph Raymond Moore, 22, of Box Elder was arrested Saturday at 5:35 p.m. on charges of criminal contempt, disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, criminal trespassing to property and theft from buildings.

Tysha Michelle Williams, 40, of Havre was arrested Saturday at 11:38 p.m. on a traffic Justice or City court warrant.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident Sunday at 1:42 p.m. on Legion Lane. A car slid into another car with no injuries were reported.

Officers Rocky Boy Police when that agency made a request Monday at 3 a.m. concerning a White Chevrolet Impala that was occupied by two people. The Impala was headed northbound on Beavercreek Highway and spike strips were used in this pursuit. No further details were provided.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a report from a U.S. Highway 2 business Friday at 1:14 p.m. concerning theft, forgery and fraud. The caller reported stolen Nike shoes.

Deputies investigated a report Sunday at 8:46 a.m. from north of Havre concerning vandalism. No further details were provided.

Deputies investigated a report from a Country Road business Sunday at 1:53 p.m. concerning theft, forgery and fraud.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to two calls on Friday and one call on Sunday.

Fire personnel responded to a report on U.S. Highway 87 Sunday at 9:52 a.m. A tractor trailer was overturned and leaked diesel fuel. The fuel tank was pumped and the remaining fuel was covered in sand. No actual fire occurred and no injuries were reported.
