Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident on 15th Street and 6th Avenue at 7:19 a.m. The caller reported that a silver Dodge pickup was sitting at the end of 15th Street and that nobody was around the vehicle. Foot prints were heading south.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle noninjury accident on 14th Street Wednesday at 10:03 a.m.

Edwin Frank Converse, 58, of Havre was arrested Wednesday at 2:12 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence by drugs or alcohol, failing to provide proof of insurance and careless driving.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident on 1st Street Wednesday at 6:55 p.m. No information is available at this time.

Bryan Timothy Barocio, 23, of Havre was arrested Wednesday at 9:20 p.m. on charges of careless driving, failing to stop and identify self after striking a vehicle and failing to give notice of an accident.
