Correction

An entry in For The Record for Wednesday, Nov.19, 2014,'s For the Record misnamed the arrested individual as Sheldon Joseph Corner. The entry should read: An officer, responding to a call made from a 12th Street residence at 4:12 p.m. Tuesday in which the caller requested a man be removed from the residence, arrested Sheldon Joseph Flying, 45, of Havre on charges of resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Havre Police Department

An officer invested a car crash with no injuries reported at 10:47 a.m. Wednesday from the 600 Block of 9th Street.

An officer responding to an 11:50 p.m. call from Rich Street West in which the caller said someone beat them up issued a summons to a 15-year-old, gender not listed, on charges of minor in possession of intoxicants and juvenile curfew violations.

Officers responding to a call from a Havre hotel on 9th Avenue in which the man said two women were in his room wanting to beat him up made two arrests. No additional information was listed.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A deputy sheriff at 9:23 p.m. On the 3000 Block of 9th Street arrested Lance Jon Stimson, 23, of Havre on a state District Court warrant.

Havre Fire Department

Havre Fire Department firefighters investigated one report of a fire, with no action required, and responded to four medical calls Wednesday.
