Havre Police Department

An officer, responding to a call from 1st Street at 8:34 a.m. in which the caller said a man across the street was yelling at him, arrested Marvin Daniel Flying, 49, of Hays on a charge of disorderly conduct.

An officer investigated a report from Cleveland Avenue at 10:23 a.m. in which the caller said a dog was poisoned Sunday.

An officer making a motor vehicle stop at 2:38 this morning on 2nd Street West issued summonses to Jourdan David Knudson, 19, of Havre on charges of stop sign violation and endangering the welfare of children and to two children, 14, genders not listed, each on a charge of curfew violation.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A deputy at a Hill County residence at 8:37 p.m. Tuesday arested Alex Earl Belgarde, 41, of Rocky Boy on three Justice or City court warrants.

Havre Fire Department

Havre Fire Department emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Tuesday and one this morning
