Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A deputy served Lila Raine Stump, 25, of Box Elder a Justice or City court warrant at the county jail at 5:56 p.m. Wednesday.

A deputy responding to a disturbance at the county jail at 9:29 p.m. Thursday issued a summons to Joseph Raymond Moore, 22, of Box Elder on two charges of criminal mischief or vandalism and a charge of assault.

Montana Highway Patrol

The 2003 Chevrolet Suburban driven by Krista Lund of Sentinel Butte, North Dakota, 41, went out of control on U.S. Highway 2 at 9 p.m. Wednesday on the icy highway, Montana Highway Patrol reports. The Suburban entered a clockwise rotation rotation, collided with a guardrail end and then tipped and rolled three-quarters times comiingto rest on the passenger side in the ditch on the north side of the highway. Three passengers, two girls and one boy, were injured and taken to the hospital. Their names were not listed and their status could not be checked this morning. Lund, who was not injured, was cited for not driving in a reasonable and prudent fashion and for seat belt violation.

Havre Fire Department

Havre firefighters responded to two false alarms, one Wednesday and one Thursday, and to four medical calls Wednesday.
