Havre, Stevensville men plead not guilty on meth charges

A Havre man and a Stevensville man both have been indicted on meth charges, with both pleading not guilty in federal court in Missoula.

According to a United States District Court of Montana press release the two Montana residents are:

Nicholas Clinton Holt, 32, of Havre, is charged with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.

Bruce Anthony Glass, 37, of Stevensville, is charged with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

Glass pleaded not guilty Oct. 10 and remains in custody. His jury trial is scheduled for Dec. 29. at the Russell Smith Courthouse in Missoula.

Holt pleaded not guilty Tuesday. If convicted of the charge contained in the indictment, Holt faces life in prison, $10,000,000 in fines and five years of supervised probation. His preliminary pretrial conference is scheduled for Dec. 10 in Missoula.

The case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration, Great Falls Police Department, Tri-Agency Safe Trails Task Force and the Ravalli County Sheriff’s Office.
