Havre Police Department

An officer arrested Curtis Wayne Stanley, 49, of Havre on a Justice or City court warrant at 11:29 a.m. Friday on the 500 Block of 1st Avenue.

An officer making a motor vehicle stop at 10:55 p.m. Saturday on 13th Street West issued a summons to Kyle J. Provencher, 19, of Havre, on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

An officer responding to a call from the 300 Block of 5th Avenue at 3:15 Sunday morning in which the caller reported a man was lying in the street arrested Patrick James Wright, 49, of Havre on a charge of disorderly conduct and on a Justice or City court warrant.

An officer investigated a two-car accident reported at 4:12 p.m. Sunday from the 200 Block of 8th Avenue.

An officer responding to a call from Northern Montana Hospital at 9:37 p.m. Sunday arrested Cheryl Lynn Albert, 43, of Havre, on two Justice or City court warrants.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A deputy investigated a report of an automobile theft made at 9:05 p.m. Friday from County Road 440.

A call at 11:10 a.m. Sunday reporting a car slid off U.S. Highway 87 south of Havre was referred to another agency.

Havre Fire Department

Havre Fire Department emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Friday and one Saturday.

Firefighters responded to a call Friday and found refrigerant had been leaking from a refrigerator at the scene.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a male black, white and tan mixed-breed heeler dog; a male,tan and black Rottweiler, and a male black, tan and white mixed-breed pit bull puppy.
