Havre Police Department

Responding to a call from a 3rd Ave. business at 12:04 p.m. Wednesday, an officer arrested Gabriel Roy Cheatham, 43, of Havre, on a state District Court warrant.

An officer investigated a report made at 12:32 a.m. Thursday from 2nd Street that someone had stolen a floodlight from the caller’s yard.

An officer investigated a report made at 10:51 a.m. Thursday at the police station that someone had broken into a car and taken some items.

After a caller at 3:07 p.m. Thursday said a man was breaking down a door, an officer arrested John Martin Holman, 23, of Havre on charges of criminal contempt, criminal trespass to property, criminal mischief or vandalism and disorderly conduct.

An officer responding to a call at 6:32 p.m Thursday from 2nd Street issued a summons to Anthony Demetrius Humphrey, 26, of Havre on charges of two counts of partner or family member assault, criminal destruction of or tampering with a communication device and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A deputy at the Hill County jail at 11:14 a.m. Thursday served a Justice or City court warrant on William Joseph Godinez, 20, of Great Falls.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Wednesday and two Thursday.

A girl was born to Kelyssa Main and Jamieson Russette of Rocky Boy Dec. 24, 2014.
