Havre Police Department

An officer investigated a crash between a Jeep Liberty and a Dodge pickup truck reported from 5th Avenue and 10th Street at 2:22 p.m. Monday.

After a person came into the police department at 2:40 p.m. Monday to speak with an officer about suspicions of someone abusing a child, an arrest was made but no details were available on the call log this morning.

After a man came into the police department and reported that a mower and snow blower had been stolen from a 4th Avenue church, an officer arrested Terrance Felix Hardground, 53, of Harlem on charges of theft from buildings, criminal trespass and criminal mischief or vandalism.

After a delivery driver reported at 4:55 p.m. Monday that a woman at a 1st Street restaurant had tried to break into her car, then gave oral sex to a man in a pickup on the restaurant parking lot and called again to say the woman was “freaking out,” an officer issued a warning.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

After the Rocky Boy Police Department requested assistane, a deputy arrested Kenneth Stanley Wade Gardipee, 32, of Box Elder, at the Rocky Boy department on two Justice or City court warrants and transported him to the Hill County jail.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a female brown, black and white mixsed-breed terrier; a male black and white husky; a female black, white and tan mixed-breed pug; a male black and white cat; a female black cat, and a male gray cat.

Hill County Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Monday.
