The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Virginia Seigel in October.

Daniel Jake Waldner, born in 1983, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for contempt of district or municipal court.

Amber Leigh Short, born in 1974, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 90 days suspended and 90 days credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

——

Mikell Ann Schafer, born in 1984, was ordered to pay $20 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 90 days suspended, for criminal trespass to vehicles.

Emalisa Raelynn Eagleman, born in 1992, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal trespass to property.

Carleen Ann Stimson, born in 1962, was fined $385 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for social host violation.

——

Melinda Rose Cochran, born in 1981, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $100 for operating an unregistered vehicle.

Matthew Richard Fenger, born in 1969, was sentenced to 365 days in jail, 323 days suspended and 42 credited, for driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense, amended from aggravated DUI.

Erica Ann Dion, born in 1982, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Erin Dawn Broncho, born in 1989, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, four days suspended and six credited, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Dillon Michael Lipp, born in 1991, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for negligent endangerment, amended from DUI, first offense.

Mark William Thompson, born in 1960, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for negligent endangerment, amended from aggravated DUI.

A girl born in 1997 was found not guilty of right of way violation, failing to yield to vehicle on right.

——

Jacob James Bauer, born in 1982, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 172 days suspended, for each of two charges: assault, amended from sexual assault, and criminal contempt.

Justin Radim Jezek, born in 1983, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Jennifer Lynn Willnow, born in 1971, was fined $100, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense, and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Warren Chester Windyboy, born in 1978, was fined $100, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 suspended and one credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for privacy in communications, first offense.

Cole Michael Wilson, born in 1990, was fined $100, sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for disorderly conduct, amended from assault.

Cory John Habeger, born in 1987, was fined $285 for animals running at large.

——

Aaron Michael Bishop, born in 1989, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for endangering the welfare of a child, first violation, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for unlawful transactions with children, first violation.

Peter Anthony Kinniburgh, born in 1995, was fined $100, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for disorderly conduct.

Ryan Lee Grant, born in 1986, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Christina Mary Converse, born in 1978, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two charges: theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense, and criminal contempt, and was ordered to pay $5.98 restitution on the case. In a later case, Converse, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for each of three charges: theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense, and two counts of criminal contempt, and was ordered to pay $17.98 restitution on the case.

A girl born in 1999 was fined $200 for driving without a valid driver’s license. In a later case, the girl was fined $500 for driving without a valid driver’s license, second offense.

Alfred James Chandler, born in 1959, was fined $150 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, amended from third offense.

Michelle Dawn Badgley Harris, born in 1964, was fined $200 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

Clarice Virginia Griffin, born in 1993, was fined $200, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for each of two charges: criminal possession of marijuana, first offense, and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Lyle Johnson, born in 1963, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

——

Jason Richard Delorme, born in 1980, was fined $450, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended and two credited, and ordered to pay $20 restitution for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense.

Justin Charles Murray, born in 1984, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for disorderly conduct.

Tamika Jade Parisian, born in 1990, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

——

Marcus Truman Hoffman, born in 1993, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 suspended and two credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal trespass to property and was fined $100, sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence, for disorderly conduct.

Scott Leroy Doney, born in 1976, was fined $100 and ordered to pay $5 restitution for animals running at large.

A boy born in 1997 was fined $300 for minor in possession, under age 18, third offense.

Patricia S. Messerly, born in 1964, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Krystal Ann Marks, born in 1983, was fined $100, sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for disorderly conduct.

Laura L. Wheeler, born in 1984, was fined $100, sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for disorderly conduct.

Joseph Hershiel Latray III, born in 1986, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 146 days suspended and four credited, for criminal contempt.

Isaiah Lee Timothy, born in 1991, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended and three credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense.

Gary Lester Vaughn, born in 1960, forfeited $100 bond for speeding, 47 mph in a 25 mph zone.

A girl born in 1997 was fined $100 for MIP under 18, first offense.

Adrian Louis Corcoran, born in 1991, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal contempt.

Robert Joseph Sunchild, born in 1982, was fined $200, sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for partner or family member assault, causing injury.

Veronica Lynn Huntley, born in 1994, was fined $100 for MIP over 18, first offense.

——

David Perez, born in 1975, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

——

Patrick Ryan Schroeder, born in 1991, was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

——

Jerid L. Simonson, born in 1996, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license.

——

Roger Lee Wells, born in 1954, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 60 days suspended and seven credited, for criminal trespass to property and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal contempt.

Jordan Cole Hofland, born in 1995, was fined $350 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

——

Carl John Morsette, born in 1972, was fined $85, ordered to pay $24.05 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended and 17 credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, second offense.

Everson Mosquito, born in 1993, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for criminal contempt and was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for violation of a no contact order.

——

Alberto Aguilera, born in 1979, was fined $250 for operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

——

Lupe Ann-Marie Aguilera, born in 1976, forfeited $200 bond for driving without a valid driver’s license.

——

John Joseph Goulet, born in 1964, was fined $200 for each of two charges: failing to notify owner after an accident resulting in damage to property or fixtures along highway and failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1,000.

Travis Mitchell Scheffelmaer, born in 1996, was fined $150 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

——

Richard Shane Carlson, born in 1968, was fined $200 for permitting unauthorized minor to drive.

——

Melynda Dionne Werk, born in 1979, was fined $100, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $200, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Bernard Edward Gorecki, born in 1956, was fined $100 for right of way violation.

Andrew Eugene Earll, born in 1987, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tracy Lee Daychild, born in 1993, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

——

Harry Richard Lawrence Jr., born in 1965, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

——

Dawn Faye Vanek, born in 1983, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, for criminal contempt.

——

John Alan Horseman, born in 1971, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail for each of three charges: criminal trespass to property, resisting arrest and criminal contempt.

——

Kurt Allan Eagleman, born in 1979, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

——

In October, Judge Seigel also dealt with 81 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, as well as 24 charges that were dismissed by her or the prosecution. Another seven citations were transferred to a different court, six were deferred by the prosecution and one suspended sentence or deferred imposition of sentencing was revoked and reinstated.
