Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 4:55 p.m. Tuesday call from 2nd Street about windows broken out of the vehicle of the reporting party.

Brooke Sutherland, 41, of Box Elder was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 5:57 p.m. call from 9th Northwest Avenue about the reporting party stating she was attacked.

Officers investigated a 6:17 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street business about having a shoplifter in custody.

Calvin Matthew Vaughn, 21, of Havre was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 2:03 a.m. in an alleyway between 1st and 2nd Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 1:35 p.m. Tuesday call from Gildford Road North in Gildford about miscellaneous items missing from the calling party’s shop.

A 15-year-old Box Elder girl was issued a summons on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs after deputies responded to a 3:14 p.m. Tuesday call from Box Elder School about a juvenile girl with drug paraphernalia.

Deputies investigated the sudden death of an 83-year-old woman after receiving a 3:26 a.m. call this morning from 6th Street.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Tuesday and one call this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 400 Block of 15th Avenue at 7:04 p.m. Tuesday to put out a dryer fire. There was smoke throughout the house, but the flames were contained in the dryer.

Animal Shelter

A male black and white husky was placed in the shelter Dec. 16, a female calico cat Jan. 1, a male black cat Jan. 20 and a black and white male border collie Jan. 27.

Births

A boy was born to Christin and Ben Hileman of Havre Jan. 24, 2015.
