Officers investigated a report from McKinley Avenue Thursday at 7:56 a.m. concerning fraud.

Officers investigated a report from 5th Avenue Thursday at 8:10 a.m. concerning vandalism. The caller reported that her daughter’s tires have been flattened three times.

Melynda Dionne Werk, 35, of Havre was arrested Thursday at 12:22 p.m. on charges of no driver’s license, failing to carry proof of insurance, criminal contempt and probation violation.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash reported from Havre High School Thursday at 1:31 p.m., but no details were available on the call log this morning.

John John Horseman, 43, of Fort Belknap was arrested Thursday at 5:54 p.m. on three charges of criminal contempt and one of possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller reported from a 1st Street business there was a drunk male behind the building.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Chalon Michael Kinholt, 32, of Havre was arrested Thursday at 11:11 a.m. on a Justice or City court warrant.

Deputies investigated a report from a U.S. Highway 2 business Thursday at 3:10 p.m. concerning theft, forgery or fraud.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to two calls Thursday.
