Beulah Faye Carrel, 47, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting and trespassing after officers responded to an 8 a.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a shoplifter.

Officers investigated an 8:20 a.m. Friday call from 1st Street about a noninjury two-vehicle crash.

Lacey Eagle The Boy, 29, of Hays was issued a summons on charges of failure to give notice of an accident, failure to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle and failure to back safely after officers responded to a 9:22 a.m. Friday call from 4th Avenue about a someone who witness a hit and run.

Scott Edward Dion, 57, of Havre was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer and violation of a protective order, and Erica Ann Dion was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and criminal contempt after officers responded to an 11:15 a.m. Friday call from a 1st Street West business about a temporary restraining order violation.

Christina Mary Converse, 36, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at the police department at 8:01 a.m. Saturday.

Officers investigated an 8:27 a.m. Saturday call from 1st Street about a red pickup that was hit during the night.

Officers investigated a 12:29 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about a flatbed pickup truck hitting the calling party’s son and then driving off.

Officers investigated a 2:22 p.m. Saturday report at the police station about someone hitting a power pole at the post office.

Brian St. Pierre, 45, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of trespassing and criminal mischief after officers investigated a 3:09 p.m. Saturday call from 1st Street Northeast about a man who was rummaging through a work truck and a broken window in a building.

After a Hill County Sheriff’s Office deputy initiated an investigation on 1st Street at 3:43 p.m. Saturday, Thomas Harold Parisian, 53, of Box Elder was arrested by Havre Police officers. No information about the charges was listed.

Crystal Dawn Moreno, 35, of Havre was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after officers responded to an 8:24 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about a shoplifter who took off in a light blue car with two cases of Bud Light and a bag of chips.

Regina Mae Moreno, 39, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt and Crystal Dawn Moreno, 25, of Havre was arrested on charges of assault and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after an 11th Street West caller reported Saturday at 9:37 p.m. a female had punched another female in the face.

Holly Marie Dorcheus, 29, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and two counts of criminal contempt, and Drew John Cole, 34, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt, Saturday at 10 p.m. after an officer initiated investigation of an incident.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle fender bender reported from Dell Drive South Sunday at 11:20 a.m.

Kim Marie Heilig, 45, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after a caller from a 1st Street business reported having a shoplifter in custody.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

After a deputy initiated an investigation on 1st Street at 3:43 p.m. Saturday, Thomas Harold Parisian, 53, of Box Elder was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, possession of dangerous drugs and operating a vehicle without valid registration.

David Harlan Russette Sr., 57, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice Court warrant and on a charge of driving a vehicle without proof of insurance, second offense, after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business reported a traffic control issue Saturday at 4:47 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Friday and one call Saturday.

Fire crews responded Friday to a report of a possible gas smell, but no problem was located.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held a male black and white husky, a male black cat and a female calico cat.
