The following cases were resolved in Hill County Justice Court by Judge Audrey Barger in November.

Sean Richardson, born in 1991, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for each of two counts of issuing a bad check and was ordered to pay $700 restitution in the case.

Andrew Slender, born in 1978, forfeited $100 bond for subscribing or making any statement on an application for license that was false.

Scott W. Packard, born in 1967, forfeited $100 bond for log not being current.

Wacey Charles Mountainchief, born in 1987, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 169 days suspended and and 11 credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, first offense.

Shawn T. Gilbreath, born in 1980, was fined $250, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, first offense.

Jaclyn Marie Doney, born in 1987, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, second offense. In a later case, Doney was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

David Richard Place, born in 1967, was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for operating a vehicle with .08 percent, blood alcohol concentration or greater, first offense, amended from driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense; was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked; and was fined $250 and sentenced 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, first offense. In a later case, Place was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Anthony Charles Butler, born in 1995, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and one credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Donovan C. Rico, born in 1973, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 168 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Jeffrey Michael Leo, born in 1972, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 156 days suspended and 24 credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. In a later case, Leo was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for obstructing justice. In a subsequent case, Leo was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for county control of dogs. In yet another case, Leo was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended and five credited, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nathan Michael Kennelly, born in 1996, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license and was fined $150 for operating a vehicle with .02 percent, BAC, under 21, first offense.

Nancy Leeann Cline, born in 1982, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, second offense.

Donald Victor Lamere, born in 1970, forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, first offense.

Bryan Timothy Barocio, born in 1991, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for disorderly conduct.

Shalona Kateri Brockie, born in 1986, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct.

——

Jona Jo Bear, born in 1989, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct.

——

Joseph Mark Nompleggi, born in 1963, was fined $100 for log not being current.

Sasha Georgette Snow, born in 1993, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Ann Forst Klimas, born in 1949, was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for DUI, alcohol and drugs, first offense.

Ronald E. Guthrie, born in 1956, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, first offense, and was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Jerre Dean Martin, born in 1956, forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

Lawrence Wade Russette, born in 1961, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Rodnay Henry Arellano, born in 1972, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, first offense.

Tyler Joseph Moline, born in 1992, was fined $50 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct.

——

Toni D. Brandt, born in 1959, was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for county control of dogs.

——

Leo T. Bretzke, born in 1961, was fined $200 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for failing to obey direction to be weighed.

——

Dennis Scott Nelson, born in 1960, forfeited $200 bond for failing to obey direction to be weighed.

——

Samuel Allen Sistrunk, born in 1983, was fined $1,035 for careless driving involving death or serious bodily injury.

——

Bobby Brockie, born in 1976, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Theresa Ann Wells, born in 1957, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence, for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense. In a later case, Wells was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense.

Jonathan David Allen, born in 1972, forfeited $100 bond for vehicle maintenance.

——

Troy Jennings Henderson, born in 1984, forfeited $500 bond and was ordered to pay $1,000 restitution for unlawful possession, shipping or transport of fish, bird, game or furbearing animal or large game.

Angel Marie Augustine, born in 1975, was sentenced to probation and parole detention for probation violation.

——

Jonathan Rufolo, born in 1985, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, seven days suspended and three credited, for disorderly conduct.

——

Wilbin Jesse Jackson, born in 1978, was fined $250, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense, and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 174 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Shari Lynn Stearns, no date of birth provided, was sentenced to probation and parole detention for probation violation.

Steve James Clifton, born in 1989, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia; was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked; and was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended, for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense.

Duane D. James, born in 1977, forfeited $100 bond for unlawful use of mobile phone.

——

Jerad P. Gillen, born in 1971, forfeited $100 bond for violation of Fish, Wildlife and Parks commission or department orders or rules.

——

In November, Judge Barger also dealt with 62 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, and she or the prosecution dismissed 29 charges. Three citations were voided by the ticketing agency and 13 were transferred to another court. Barger also issued 10 search warrants and 24 arrest warrants.
