A two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle accident was investigated after officers responded to an 8 a.m. Tuesday call from 3rd Avenue.

A 17-year-old was arrested on a pick up and hold order after an officer served a warrant 9:48 a.m. Tuesday on 10th Street.

Someone was arrested after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 3:25 p.m. Tuesday on 2nd Avenue. No other information was given.

Clay Allison Ray, 54, of Havre was arrested on a charge of obscene phone call after officers responded to a 2:18 a.m. call this morning from 1st Street West about an ex-employee of the calling party’s threatening to break windows on a camper.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 12:03 p.m. Tuesday call from a U.S. Highway 2 West business about the theft of items from a vehicle in the business parking lot.

Timothy James Harmon, 37, of Havre was served a state District Court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 6:58 p.m. Tuesday.
