Larae Ann Sunchild, 33, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 8:30 a.m. Friday at the police station.

Officers investigated a 1 p.m. Friday call from Havre High School about found pills and $5.

A two-vehicle, noninjury crash was investigated after officers received a 6:32 p.m. Friday call from 1st Street West.

Officers investigated a 9:47 p.m. Friday call from a 2nd Street business about stolen medication from a purse.

Larae Ann Sunchild, 33, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 1:11 a.m. Saturday at a 1st Street establishment.

Officers investigated a 2:15 a.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street West business about a stolen wallet.

Officers investigated a 9:37 a.m. Saturday call from a 10th Avenue business about a possible temporary restraining order violation.

Jay Perry Springer, 50, of Havre was arrested on charges of violation of a protective order and two counts of criminal contempt after officers responded to a 6:49 p.m. Saturday call from 6th Avenue.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of driving without a driver’s license after officers responded to a 10:05 p.m. Saturday call from 10th Street West about the calling party’s granddaughter taking her vehicle without permission.

Michelle Jiron, 23, of Havre was arrested on charges of two counts of criminal child endangerment, driving under the influence and partner or family member assault after officers investigated a 10:13 p.m. Saturday call from 5th Avenue.

Sarah Lienne Lienhart, 22, of Havre was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle with ficticious plates after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 2:33 a.m. Sunday on Washington Avenue.

Cody Arthur Shortman, 30, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served the warrant to him at 11:27 a.m. Sunday on Boulevard Avenue.

Lorna Marie Barnes, 44, of Big Sandy was issued a summons on a charge of assault after officers investigated a 4:23 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street West business about the calling party’s mother being assaulted by a waitress.

Ty J. Bauer, 21, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 9:56 p.m. Sunday on Wilson Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Jessica Victoria Ainsworth, 45, of Havre was arrested on two counts of assault after officers investigated a 9:27 p.m. Friday call from Crystal Springs Road about the calling party claiming he was just punched in the face.

Deputies investigated a 12:40 a.m. Sunday call from a 1st Avenue Northwest establishment in Box Elder about a large fight at the bar and medical assistance that was needed for a man who had been injured.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, one call Saturday and four calls Sunday.
