Correction: Timothy Rosette trial set

A story in the Feb. 9, Havre Daily News on the upcoming trial of Timothy Warren Rosette had the headline “Rocky Boy embezzler trial scheduled in federal court.” Rosette has been charged with embezzlement, but the trial has not begun. He is innocent unless he is proven guilty.
