The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Virginia Seigel in December.

Jeremy Saddler, born in 1970, was fined $25 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, seven days suspended and three credited, for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Michael Daniel Sangrey, born in 1978, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

A woman born in 1996 was fined $300 for minor in possession, under age 18 at the time charged, third offense. In a later case, she was fined $100 for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Maximillian Stallard, born in 1989, forfeited $385 bond, was fined $200 and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Jonathan David Lacroix, born in 1980, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for negligent endangerment, amended from driving under the influence, first offense.

Wilford Harlan Sunchild, born in 1964, was fined $50 and sentenced o 365 days in jail, 333 days suspended and 32 credited, for habitual offender operating a vehicle.

Larae Ann Sunchild, born in 1981, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 135 days suspended, for criminal contempt.

——

Erik James Hartman, born in 1992, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for negligent endangerment, amended from aggravated DUI.

Louann King Lasalle, born in 1972, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, first offense, and negligent endangerment, amended from DUI, nonnarcotic drugs, first offense. No fine or sentence was listed..

Eleven Rae Lewis, born in 1976, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal contempt and was sentenced to 365 days in jail, 325 days suspended and one credited, for DUI, third offense.

Michael Leon Combs, born in 1954, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for violation of a protective order, first offense.

Rodnay Henry Arellano, born in 1972, was fined $100, ordered to pay $30.97 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Jesse Ray Vaughan, born in 1990, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for negligent endangerment, amended from DUI, first offense.

Morgan Violet Longfox, born in 1992, was fined $25, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for unlawful transactions with children, first violation. In a later case, Longfox was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 180 days suspended, for each of two charges: theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense, and criminal contempt, and was ordered to pay $16.35 restitution on the case.

Deena Marie James, born in 1986, was fined $100, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tammie L. Laforge, born in 1967, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended and one credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense.

Laura Louise Wheeler, born in 1984, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct.

Devron Cordell Ralston, born in 1987, was fined $100, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one.

Sheldon Gary Boe, born in 1961, forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

A girl born in 1997 was fined $200 for MIP, under 18, second offense.

Erik Jon Krueger, born in 1982, was fined $100 and forfeited $185 bond for disorderly conduct.

A girl born in 1997 was fined $100 for MIP, under 18, first offense.

A boy born in 2001 was fined $100 for each of two counts of MIP, under 18, first offense.

A boy born in 1998 was fined $300 for MIP, under 18, third offense.

Gerald Alex Belgarde Jr., born in 1982, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for each of two charges: criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of marijuana, first offense.

Kolton Joseph Lodge, born in 1994, was fined $150 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Joan Lynn Binder, born in 1954, was fined $100 for unlawful purchasing or acquiring of beer or wine by a licensed retailer.

Jill L. Johannesen, born in 1958, was fined $100 for licensee or employee selling an alcoholic beverage to a person intoxicated or under age 21.

A girl born in 1997 was fined $300 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Jacob Doyle Good, born in 1993, was fined $300, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for unlawful transactions with children, first violation.

Keith Edward Quinton, born in 1982, was fined $350 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and one credited, for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense, and was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and one credited, for each of two charges: driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Elijah Blu Eagleman, born in 1987, was fined $50 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, seven days suspended and three credited, for disorderly conduct and was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two counts of criminal contempt.

Joseph Raymond Moore, born in 1992, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 120 days suspended and 60 credited for criminal contempt; was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 120 days suspended and 30 credited, for each of four charges: resisting arrest, criminal trespass to property, criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500, and assault, causing apprehension of injury; was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days credited, for disorderly conduct; and was ordered to pay $179.69 restitution in the case.

Nolan Earl Snell, born in 1991, was fined $200, sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for partner or family member assault, causing injury.

Brenna Marie Hulett, born in 1996 was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for MIP, over 18, first offense.

Kade Stephanie Lanier, born in 1996 was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Logan Thomas Mcneil, born in 1995, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for MIP, over 18, first offense.

Bryan Timothy Barocio, born in 1991, was fined $300 for each of two charges: failing to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle and failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over than $1,000.

A boy born in 1999 was fined $200 for each of two charges: failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage more than $1,000 and failing to give information to person attending any vehicle collided with, person injured or killed, and was fined $500 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Richard Sebastian Kelm, born in 1993, was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense, and was fined $15 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Joshua Reid, born in 1979, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for right of way violation.

Sharlie Patricia Walter, born in 1987, was fined $200, ordered to pay $175 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

A girl born in 1999 was fined $100 for MIP, under 18, first offense.

JoDarryl Alan Gone, born in 1992 was fined $200 for failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage more than $1,000, and was fined $200 for failing to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle.

Timothy William Mahns, born in 1971, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for criminal contempt.

Heidi Michelle Harrington, born in 1979, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for criminal contempt.

Jason Daniel Morton, born in 1972, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended and three credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense.

Anthony James Corcoran, born in 1981, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal trespass to property and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 120 days suspended and one credited, for criminal contempt.

Adrian Louis Corcoran, born in 1991, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 120 days suspended and one credited, for criminal contempt and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Karl Allan Larson, born in 1969, pleaded guilty to displaying fictitious, altered, etc. license plates, no fine or sentence listed, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended and one credited, for each of two charges: failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, third or subsequent offense, and driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Keith Scoot Ordahl, born in 1992, was fined $200 for operating a vehicle in violation of restrictions imposed on driver’s license.

Mavis Kaycee Reddoor, born in 1981, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and one credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Maunaloa Maria Brockie, born in 1979, was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 174 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Neil Curran, born in 1989, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for speeding, 38 mph in a 25 mph zone.

John Irvin Ironmaker, born in 1980, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Patrick James Wright, born in 1965, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

Louis Gardipee, born in 1961, was fined $35 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct. In a later case, Gardipee was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for criminal trespass to property.

Gary Dean Tenbear, born in 1970, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and one credited, for criminal trespass to property.

Skylar Raine Longfox, born in 1993, was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for criminal contempt.

Daniel Jake Waldner, born in 1983, was fined $100 and sentenced to three days in jail, all days credited, for criminal trespass to property.

Seneca Lerae Tyner, born in 1977, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 160 days suspended and three credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, second offense.

Ian Blaine Mccarty, born in 1979, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct and was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for resisting arrest.

Laura Louise Wheeler, born in 1984, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for aggravated DUI and was fined $100 for careless driving.

John Martin Holman, born in 1991, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of three charges: criminal trespass to property, criminal contempt and criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500, and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

Mark Allen Sutherland, born in 1988, was fined $100, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

——

In December, Judge Seigel also dealt with 45 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, as well as 15 charges that were dismissed by her or the prosecution. Another three charges were transferred to another court, one was deferred by the prosecution and two suspended sentences or deferred impositions of sentencing were revoked and reinstated.
