Officers investigated a 9:58 a.m. Monday call from 1st Street Northeast about a spoon and two syringes that the calling party found in an apartment he was cleaning out.

A two-vehicle, noninjury crash was investigated after officers investigated a 12:50 p.m. Monday call from 13th Avenue and 1st Street.

A summons was issued after officers investigated a report of an employee theft at a 1st Street West business at 2:11 p.m. Monday.

A summons was issued after officers investigated a 2:16 p.m. Monday call from 4th Street about the calling party’s sister-in-law being beat up by her estranged husband two days ago.

Officers investigated a 3:25 p.m. Monday report at the police station about a check fraud.

Daniel Martinez, 21, of Tucson, Arizona, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, two counts of criminal destruction of or tampering with a communication device and a violation of a protective order after officers responded to a 9:04 p.m. Monday call from 14th Street about a man who was screaming and causing fights.

Gregory Nardi, 24, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of criminal mischief and trespassing after officers investigated suspicious activity at 1:29 a.m. on 4th Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

No arrests were made by sheriff’s office personnel Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday.
