The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Virginia Seigel in January.

Leroy Michael Stiffarm, born in 1965, forfeited $485 bond and was fined $75 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense.

Zane Michael Wymore, born in 1971, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 135 days suspended and 45 credited, for each of two charges: theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense, and forgery, and he was ordered to pay $150 restitution on the case.

Aleisha Morning Star Theboy, born in 1991, was fined $100, ordered to pay $402 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 173 days suspended and seven credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Kimberly Anne Day, born in 1989, was fined $500, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license. In a later case, Day was fined $500, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for another count of driving without a valid driver’s license.

Kodie Ellen Gregori, born in 1995, was ordered to pay $185 restitution and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Don Young Topsky, born in 1987, was fined $600 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, seven days suspended and two credited, for DUI, second offense; was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for theft of labor or services or use of property; forfeited $1,870 bond and was ordered to pay $11 restitution on the case.

Sherry Lynn Habener, born in 1952, was fined $1,500, ordered to pay $119.53 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, second offense.

Mellissa Rose Snow, born in 1968, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, for assault. In another case, Snow was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Jenna Shea Johnson, born in 1987, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Candace Nichole Damson, born in 1981, was fined $185 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for social host violation. In a later case, Damson was fined $100 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Nashae Rian Bauer, born in 1992, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, seven days suspended and three credited, for disorderly conduct, amended from partner or family member assault, causing injury.

Ervin Ray Doney Jr., born in 1982, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 173 days suspended and one credited, for DUI, second offense.

Lupe Ann Marie Baldanado, born in 1976, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Crystall Michelle Blatt, born in 1974, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for theft of lost or mislaid property.

Sean Patrick Hellems, born in 1976, was fined $50 each for two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, first violation and was ordered to pay $120 restitution on the case.

Brodie Michael Arnold, born in 1993, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct, amended from operating a vehicle with .08 percent blood alcohol concentration or greater, first offense.

David Leary Sanchez, born in 1986, pleaded guilty to failure to return leased, rented or personal property, value not exceeding $1,500, no fine or sentence listed.

Dawn Faye Vanek, born in 1983, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for false reports to law enforcement authorities. In a later case, Vanek was fined $150 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked; was fined $200 and sentenced to 20 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1,000; and was ordered to pay $581.89 restitution on the case. In a subsequent case, Vanek was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 147 days suspended and 33 credited, for criminal contempt.

Konnor Michael Bjelland, born in 1995, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for careless driving.

Sharman Kay Gonzales, born in 1962, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended for criminal contempt.

Alan Kole Gobert, born in 1996, was fined $500, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Terrance John Piapot, born in 1982, was fined $100, ordered to pay $50 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Jourdan David Knudson, born in 1995, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

Melanie Paige Sohm, born in 1990, was fined $100 and gien a deferred imposition of sentnce for right of way violation, failure to yield to a vehicle on the right.

Jason Lemarr Naillon, born in 1989, was fined $200 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for each of two charges: leaving the scene of an accident resulting in property damage over $1,000 without permission from law enforcement and failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1,000, and was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Richard Lee Sutherland III, born in 1984, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two charges: false reports to law enforcement and privacy in communications violation, first offense. In a later case, Sutherland was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, for each of two charges: criminal trespass to property and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Canda Marsha McCully, born in 1985, was fined $100, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

James William White, born in 1995, was fined $100 for each of two charges: speeding, 56 mph in a 25 mph zone, and reckless driving, first offense.

Tyler Joseph Harrison, born in 1995, was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Andrew Michael Mattson, born in 1979, was fined $350 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

A boy born in 1997 was fined $500 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one.

Colyn Boushee St. Pierre, born in 1982, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nicole Rae Moline, born in 1993, was fined $200 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for each of three charges: failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage more than $1,000, failing to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle and failing to give information to person attending any vehicle collided with, person injured or killed.

Jaron Jessy Calfrobe, born in 1994, was fined $25 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct and was fined $100 for minor in possession, over age 18, first offense.

Clinton Lewis Crenshaw, born in 1994, was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Celisia Leeann Eagleman, born in 1991, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 120 days suspended and two credited, for each of two charges: driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, third or subsequent offense.

Jalen Ulysses Grant, born in 1993, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for MIP, over 18, first offense, and was fined $100, sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for disorderly conduct.

A girl born in 1997, was fined $500 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Shelli Nicole Sayers, born in 1980, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal contempt.

Sheldon Joseph Flying, born in 1969, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended and two credited, for criminal contempt.

Tennae Dale Singer, born in 1994, was fined $500, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license.

James Cedric Cox, born in 1994, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal contempt.

Fernando Herminio Bautista, born in 1993, was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for DUI, first offense; was fined $100 for careless driving; and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal contempt.

A girl born in 1999 was fined $100 for MIP, under age 18, first offense.

Edwin Frank Converse, born in 1956, was fined $100, ordered to pay $1.99 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Leon William Lodge, born in 1961, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 363 days suspended and two credited, for aggravated DUI.

Elmo Francis Bailey Jr., born in 1965, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, seven days suspended and three credited, for disorderly conduct and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for each of two charges: resisting arrest and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kyle Lester Howard Jackson, born in 1996, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for disorderly conduct and was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for MIP, over age 18, first offense.

James Tino White Jr., born in 1992, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for criminal contempt.

David Larry Sanchez, born in 1986, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Desirea Lee Writingbird, born in 1980, was fined $200, ordered to pay $3.96 restitution, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Robert Manuel Arellano, born in 1981, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal contempt and was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct.

Lynn Edward Madplume, born in 1971, was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Kevin Francis Shields, born in 1988, forfeited bond, amount not listed, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Justin Daychild, born in 1974, was fined $100 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 361 days suspended and four credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury.

In January, Judge Seigel also dealt with 43 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, as well as 21 charges that were dismissed by her or the prosecution. An additional six charges were transferred to another court, one was deferred by the prosecution and one suspended sentence or deferred imposition of sentencing was revoked and reinstated.
