Havre Police Department

Claton John Allery, 20, of Havre was arrested on charges of shoplifting and minor in possession after officers responded to an 11:47 a.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a theft of beer.

A two-vehicle noninjury motor vehicle crash was investigated after officers received an 11:54 a.m. Friday call from 17th Street.

A vehicular hit-and-run was investigated after officers received a 3:57 p.m. Friday call from 9th Street.

Paul Robert Barrows, 48, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers served it to him at 5:06 p.m. Friday at the police station.

Officers investigated a 2:01 a.m. Saturday call from 6th Street about the calling party wanting her intoxicated boyfriend to be removed from the house.

James Daniel Reynolds, 22, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 8:12 a.m. Saturday at the police station.

Dana James Stanley, 49, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal contempt after officers investigated a 12:59 p.m. Saturday call from 2nd Street about a drunk man passed out on the street.

Frank Eli McConnell III, 38, of Havre was arrested on a charge of trespassing and on two Justice or City court warrants after officers investigated a 911 hang up call from 9th Street at 1:22 p.m Saturday.

Michael Dean Ball, 48, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers investigated a 1:47 p.m. Saturday call from 1st Street about three drunk people sitting by back doors on 8th Street.

Officers investigated a 3:35 p.m. Saturday complaint at the police station about a restraining order violation.

Officers investigated a 7:55 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about a purse found with needles in it.

Officers investigated a 9:34 p.m. Saturday call from 3rd Street about a boyfriend pushing the calling party down on the ground.

Lena Lachelle Stiffarm, 28, of Hays was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, reckless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, open container and speeding after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 12:22 a.m. Sunday on 2nd Avenue.

A vehicular hit-and-run was investigated after officers received a 1:44 a.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street business.

Jonathan Seaton, 35, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and on two Justice or City court warrants after officers investigated a 3:52 a.m. Sunday call from 1st Avenue about a domestic disturbance.

Ezell Junior Ross, 35, who is homeless, was arrested on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct after officers investigated suspicious activity at 6:14 a.m. Sunday on 9th Avenue.

Carl John Morsette, 42, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served it to him at 5:20 p.m. Sunday on 2nd Street.

Officers investigated a 6:10 p.m. Sunday call from the Havre area about the calling party’s son being shot in the head with a BB gun and currently in the emergency room.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 12:19 p.m. Friday complaint from a U.S. Highway 2 business about the calling party’s daughter having a restraining order against someone who was inside the business.

Gilbert Scott Horn, 22, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of dog running at large after deputies investigated a 4:43 p.m. Saturday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business about a dog that was running in and out of the store.

Leah Huntley, 36, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a deputy assisted a citizen at 9:15 p.m. Saturday on 6th Street North.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, three calls Saturday, two calls Sunday and one this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 10 Block of 3rd Street at 2:38 p.m. Sunday for an investigation.
