2 Havre officers graduated from Law Enforcement Academy

Two Havre police officers, Logan Creech and Victoria Olson, have graduated from the Montana Law Enforcement Academy.

They were among 49 new officers from 33 departments who graduated in ceremonies in Helena Friday morning.

“With the oath, badge and uniform come solemn responsibilities‚” Montana Attorney General Tim Fox told the graduates Friday. “As guardians of public safety, those responsibilities give you a privileged opportunity to help people in need and make a positive difference in their lives.

“We still live in a world where a great many young children, when asked what they want to be when they grow up, proudly say, ‘police officer,’” Fox added. “They look to you as heroes. In your words and deeds, prove them right.”
