The following cases were resolved in Hill County Justice Court by Judge Audrey Barger in December.

Richard Gene Banta, born in 1983, was fined $25 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended and 10 credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Kantachai Sriplod, born in 1994, was fined $350 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Ricky John Clark Jr., born in 1995, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for speeding, 58 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Sheyleighn Kierstin Lamere, born in 1995, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Neoma Kay Matkovich, born in 1980, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

Adam Vance Sessions, born in 1977, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, six days suspended and four credited, for disorderly conduct, amended from partner or family member assault, causing injury.

Roger John Brough, born in 1960, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct, amended from assault.

Ronald Allen Frederick, born in 1966, was fined $100 for careless driving, amended from reckless driving, first offense.

——

Crystal A Chandler, born in 1972, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

——

Fred Nashookpuk, born in 1985, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal trespass to property.

——

Franklin Billy, born in 1959, forfeited $250 bond for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

——

Jonas B. King, born in 1937, forfeited $250 bond for false log book.

——

Cheri Lynn Burke, born in 1956, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without lability insurance in effect, first offense.

Justin R. Four Colors, born in 1983, forfeited $500 bond for unlawfully possessing, shipping or transporting game fish, bird or animal.

——

William James Theboy Jr., born in 1968, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for unlawfully possessing, shipping or transporting game fish, bird or animal.

Allen Thomas Gardipee, born in 1978, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Justus H. Washington, born in 1994, was fined $200 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one.

Kyle Thomas Breen, born in 1986, forfeited $175 bond for exceeding 34,000 pounds tandem axle weight limit.

——

John William Gardipee, born in 1994, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Darren R. Cline, born in 1980, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

James Robert Dubois Jr., born in 1955, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended. for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

A girl born in 1997 was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and was fined $200 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one.

Dana Patrick Ontiveros, born in 1968, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Toni Lynn Theboy, born in 1967, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Allen Nathan Parisian, born in 1991, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Jesse Wade Simonson, born in 1983, was fined $250 for exceeding 34,000 pounds tandem axle weight limit.

Luke Okanee, born in 1977, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license, has never possessed one.

Brock Matthew Short, born in 1969, forfeited $125 bond for exceeding the maximum gross weight allowed any group of axles.

Ronni Jo Lamere, born in 1986, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Lance Jordan Courchane, born in 1991, forfeited $100 bond for speeding, 102 mph in a 70 mph zone.

——

Mathew Cesar Lopez, born in 1990, was fined $250, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Kaleb Emmanel Freyholtz, born in 1990, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Wyatt William Brandal, born in 1995, was ordered to pay $200 restitution and given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia

——

Lance Jon Stimson, born in 1991, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended and six credited, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Evelyn Frances Foursouls, born in 1983, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Frederick Anthony Tidzump, born in 1983, was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; was fined $100 and sentenced 180 days in jail, 174 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked; was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 174 days suspended and two credited, for DUI, first offense; and was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Robert Ray Roswell Jr., born in 1982, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aleksandr Frosinyuk, born in 1983, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

——

A girl born in 2001 was fined $100 for MIP, under 18, first offense.

——

In December, Judge Barger also dealt with 60 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, and she or the prosecution dismissed 19 charges. Barger transferred six citations to another court and issued six search warrants and 18 arrest warrants. She also held hearings on three cases of arrests without warrants or on cases from other jurisdictions. Additionally, five suspended sentences or deferred impositions of sentencing were revoked and reinstated, four were voided by the ticketing agency, and four probation and parole violations went before the judge.
