Havre Police Department

Officers investigated an 8:19 a.m. Friday call from 5th Street about the calling party’s daughter’s car being vandalized.

Jacob Gregory Rider, 24, of Harlem was arrested on charges of speeding and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and on three Justice or City court warrants after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 10:05 a.m. Friday on 13th Street West.

Robert James Bonavita, 32, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of careless driving and driving with no insurance after officer investigated a 10:21 a.m. Friday call from Lincoln Avenue about someone driving through the calling party’s backyard fence.

Sheron Faye Saddler, 20, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release after officers investigated a 7:08 p.m. Friday call from 10th Street West about the calling party’s girlfriend “freaking out on him.”

Aaron Carl Lamere, 33, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of theft from buildings after officers responded to a 10:05 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a man who shoplifted and was walking away from the store.

Officers investigated a 10:48 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a gas drive-off of $10 by a gold Chevrolet Malibu.

Alretha Ann Chandler, 39, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after officers responded to a 1:12 a.m. Saturday call from from a 1st Street business about a shoplifter.

Marco Antonio Aguilera, 30, of Havre was issued a summons on two charges of criminal contempt after an officer investigated suspicious activity at a 3rd Street business at 1:52 p.m. Saturday.

Justin Radim Jezek, 32, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, trespassing and disorderly conduct after officers investigated a 7:45 p.m. Saturday call from 2nd Street about a disturbance.

Officers investigated a 1:38 a.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street business about a the theft of an 18-pack of Budweiser by a man who left in a white Dodge Caravan.

Officers investigated a 2:28 a.m. Sunday call from 16th Avenue about the calling party’s living room window being on the ground when they came home and it appearing that someone tried to break in.

——

Officers investigated an 8:19 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street business about someone hacking into the calling party’s Facebook profile.

——

Officers investigated a 10:08 p.m. Sunday cal from Cleveland Avenue about the calling party’s house being broken into and her dog left out.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Makenna Nadine Cody, 18, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession, a 17-year-old was issued a summons for MIP and a 15-year-old was arrested on a charge of MIP after a deputy investigated suspicious activity in Beaver Creek Park at 9:56 p.m. Friday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday and three calls Sunday.

Animal Shelter

A male tan and white mix-breed dog was placed in the shelter March 30, a male tan pit bull-mix April 1 and a male white poodle April 5.
