Marcus Ole Warren, 83, died on Sunday, April 5, 2015, from complications of pulmonary fibrosis at Northern Montana Care Center in Havre.

Per his wishes, cremation has been completed and his ashes will be interred at Highland Cemetery in Havre.  A private family burial service is being planned.  Rockman Funeral Chapel of Chester is handling the arrangements.  Memorials may be offered in Ole's memory to Community Park to purchase a picnic table or to donor's choice.

Ole was born March 19, 1932, in Grove City, Minnesota, where he received his formal education.

He enlisted in the U. S. Navy at age 19 and served as a seaman first class during the Korean Conflict from 1951 to 1954.

After his military discharge, he came to Montana to visit a brother.  Ole "fell in love" with Montana and a Gildford girl, Joanne Preeshl.  They were married Sept. 17, 1955.

Ole managed the Anderson Grain Co. (Cargill) in Hingham for 35 years until retiring in 1992.  He also owned/operated a steel grain bin construction business from 1957 to present. Most every farm along the Hi-Line has one or more of Ole's bins on site!

Ole was preceded in death by his parents and eight siblings. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Joanne Warren; two sons, Mark and Carey Warren; and one daughter, LaNay White, all of Hingham; 12 grandkids; 12 great-grandkids; and six siblings.
