Havre Police Department

A 13-year-old was arrested Monday at 7:13 a.m. on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving without a driver’s license and juvenile curfew violations after the calling party reported her grandson had taken her car and had not returned home.

Officers investigated a report made at the police station Monday at 9:38 a.m. concerning a parenting plan.

Officers investigated a disturbance on 8th Avenue Monday at 10:49 a.m. No further information was provided.

Jenna May Majerus, 25, of Havre was arrested Monday at 1:49 p.m. on two Justice or City court warrants after an officer initiated investigation of two males arguing.

Officers investigated a report from 17th Street West Monday at 3:42 p.m. The calling party reported an assault.

Officers investigated a report from 10th Avenue Monday at 5:54 p.m. The calling party reported his identity was stolen.

Officers investigated a report from 2nd Street this morning at 3:27 concerning vandalism. The calling party reported boys broke her window and took off running.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Kurt Allan Eagleman, 35, of Havre was arrested Monday at 10:01 a.m. on a state District Court warrant.

Gage Dakota Vauthier, 21, of Havre was arrested Monday at 4:20 p.m. on a Justice or City court warrant.

Deputies investigated a report from Shepherd Road Monday at 5:36 p.m. after the calling party reported theft from his farm.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to two calls Monday and two calls this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held a male, tan, mixed-breed pit bull; a female, red-tan, mixed-breed pit bull and a male, tan and white, mixed-breed dog.

Births

A girl was born April 9, 2015, to Amber and Kody Gilge of Havre.
