Christina Mary Converse, 36, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 8:09 a.m. Tuesday at the police station.

Tracey Hope Tipton, 18, of Havre was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children and trespassing after officers responded to a 10:22 a.m. Tuesday call from 4th Street about the calling party’s daughter abandoning her child on the porch.
