Quick Pick: Cleaning the dome on Earth Day

Volunteers from Fresno Chapter of Walleyes Unlimited pick up scrap and other debris at the Havre Ice Dome. This area just south of the dome, after cleaning and mowing, will be used to increase parking. Four trailer loads of debris were loaded and hauled to the landfill. Eight loads of scrap steel totaling 12,760 pounds went to Pacific Steel for recycling. Proceeds from recycling went to Havre Youth Hockey Association.
