“The workshops have been top-notch training focusing on the health of our state’s nonprofit sector,” said Paul Tuss, executive director of Bear Paw Development. “The sessions have provided the opportunity to discuss best practices and have demonstrated how to most appropriately manage our nonprofit organizations.”

This final workshop will give participants an overview of sources of income help them design strategies to diversify and maximize their revenues and rise above their fundraising fears.

Participants should plan to bring a summary of their sources of revenue, amounts and the percentage from each source from their current budget, Tuss said.

“The workshops have been well attended with a good cross section of participants. It has been exciting to see area non-profits participate as they play such a huge roll in collaboration with our businesses and government partners, to make our communities vibrant, and contribute to the quality of life that adds so much to our area,” said Debbie Vandebeg, the Chamber’s executive director.
