A 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of underage tobacco possession or consumption after officers investigated a 7:13 a.m. Tuesday call from 3rd Avenue.

A noninjury motor vehicle crash between two pickup trucks was investigated after officers responded to a 4:51 p.m. Tuesday call from 3rd Avenue.

Officers investigated a 8:52 p.m. Tuesday call from Northern Montana Hospital about a vehicle hitting a sign in the parking lot.

Officers investigated a 9:33 p.m. Tuesday call from a 2nd Street business about a hit and run.

Khiana Nicole Berg, 19, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, aggravated burglary and minor in possession after officers responded to an 11:03 p.m. Tuesday call from 10th Street about the calling party’s daughter trying to fight with her.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 3:02p.m. Tuesday call from a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business about a theft, forgery or fraud.

Khiana Nicole Berg, 19, of Havre was charged with possession of dangerous drugs at the Hill County Detention Center at 11:33 p.m. Tuesday.

Animal Shelter

A tan and white male mix-breed dog was placed in the shelter March 30, an orange male cat April 29.

Births

A boy was born to Bonnell St. Goddard and Joel Rosette of Box Elder May 4, 2015.
