Officers investigated a 10:37 a.m. Monday call from 5th Street about a theft from a garage. Someone was issued a summons or arrested, but no other information was given.

Officers investigated a three-vehicle motor vehicle crash at 12:30 p.m. Monday on 5th Avenue.

Officers investigated a 12:47 p.m. Monday complaint at the police station about what the complainant believed were extortion documents.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 12:36 p.m. Monday call from Box Elder School about an assault.

Gerald Alex Belgarde Jr., 32, of Havre was arrested on a state District court warrant after deputies served it to him at 4:55 p.m. Monday at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday.
