Officers investigated a 7:36 a.m. Tuesday call from a 3rd Avenue establishment about a hit and run involving a black Ford pickup.

Officers investigated an 8:17 a.m. Tuesday call from 14th Street West about a theft of a trolling motor and tackle box.

Officers investigated a 9:30 a.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street West business about a man who did not pay for gas.

Officers investigated a 10 a.m. Tuesday complaint at the police station about an assault on a child.

Officers investigated a 10:20 a.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street West business about a motor vehicle crash between a blue mini van and white car, one of which had their airbags deployed.

Officers investigated a 2:37 p.m. Tuesday call from Havre Middle School about drug offenses.

Officers investigated a 5:01 p.m. Tuesday call from 4th Street about the theft of a cell phone.

Duane Lodgepole, 57, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of trespassing after officers investigated a 5:16 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street business about a man in the store who was asked to leave multiple times.

Officers investigated a 7:18 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street business about a theft.

Officers investigated a 7:40 p.m. Tuesday report at the police station about someone finding a wallet and film.

Tammie Louise Laforge, 48, of Great Falls was issued a summons on charges of criminal contempt and open container after an officer was out with two people with open containers at 8:07 p.m. Tuesday on 2nd Street and 6th Avenue. She then was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers investigated a 9:11 p.m. Tuesday call from 2nd Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 1:12 p.m. Tuesday call from the Fresno area about vandalism to a gate.

James Allen Gardipee, 44, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers investigated a 3:09 p.m. Tuesday call from Sucker Creek Road about a man who was passed out in the ditch.

Linda Collins-Azure, 57, of Havre was served a Justice Court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 7:54 p.m. Tuesday.

——

Deputies investigated an 8:24 p.m. Tuesday call from Road 90 South about the caller’s juvenile son being violent.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday and two calls this morning.

A boy was born to Charlee Huntley and Levi Kyle Olsen IV of Poplar May 18, 2015.
