Joseph Allen Stump, 28, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of violation of conditions of release after a 24/7 Sobriety Program no show at 8 a.m. at the police station.

Jorrell Michael Jones, 21, of Havre was arrested on a charge of trespassing after officers responded to a 2:39 p.m. Tuesday call from 7th Avenue about someone finding a cellphone on their porch and that it appeared someone was sleeping on the porch.

Officers investigated a 3:06 p.m. Tuesday call from 7th Street about a woman using the calling party’s name to get cable.

Officers investigated a 3:25 p.m. Tuesday call from a Havre business about bad checks.

A two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash was investigated after officers responded to a 3:27 p.m. Tuesday call from a 5th Avenue business.

Officers investigated a 5:05 p.m. Tuesday call from Havre about the calling party thinking she bought a stolen cellphone off Facebook.

Two people were arrested or issued a summons after officers assisted probation and parole at 5:58 p.m. Tuesday on Boulevard Avenue.

Hayley Lee DeMontiney, 52, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer and shoplifting and a 14-year-old was issued a summons on charges of obstructing a peace officer and shoplifting after officers investigated a 7:12 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street West business about a man stealing an Xbox.

Officers investigated a 7:59 p.m. Tuesday call from McKinley Avenue about a theft from a residence.

Keiffer Terrance Nordgulen, 26, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct and Steven Adkins, 57, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 2:16 a.m. call this morning from a 1st Street establishment about a man being assaulted and possibly having a dislocated shoulder.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Brandy Elaine Winchell, 35, of Havre was served a Justice or City court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 12:32 p.m. Tuesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday and three calls this morning.

Animal Shelter

A black and white male mix-breed dog was placed in the shelter May 8 and an apricot male poodle May 8.

Births

A girl was born to Miesha and Cory Mazurkiewicz of Kremlin June 2, 2015.
