A 13-year-old was arrested on a charge of theft from a building after officers responded to a 12:28 p.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street business about a shoplifter in custody.

Officers investigated a 7 p.m. Thursday call from Havre City Court about a lost passport.

Brian George Gilmartin, 75, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of dog at large and “other” after officers responded to a 7:25 p.m. Thursday call from Montana State University-Northern about a dog attacking and chasing the calling party and her dog.
